Lake Padden, WA • 6/12/24/32 Hours

TRAIL SISTERS A platform for women supporting women in trail running started as passion project by accomplished ultra runner Gina Lucrezi in 2016. With high demand for content pertaining to everyday topics regarding women on the trails, Gina turned this passion project into her full time career.

WHATCOM HUMANE SOCIETY With an extensive background working with horses, I started volunteering for the WHS farm facility in the spring of 2018. I have been impressed with the care these large animals receive, and no horse is turned away. It’s also expensive to care for horses (along with goats, sheep, and whatever animal is surrendered), so any additional funding is greatly appreciated.

WHATCOM FAMILY YMCA Scholarship Fund As a previous YMCA employee, I have seen first-hand what and how scholarships benefit families. Programs like Girls On the Run are fully funded by money received by the community.
